Overview

Sage Dental Treasury Analyst will be a hands-on position that will interact with leadership and coordinate with teammates in various departments to ensure the proper execution of treasury and accounting functions and the accurate reporting of financial results. You will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly activities as they relate to the companies cash and debt management. Additionally, you will perform accounting and analysis functions that support the compilation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor day-to-day cash operations to ensure bank accounts for daily cash management are adequately funded
  • Prepare and distribute the daily cash position of the organization
  • Prepare and distribute weekly cash flow forecast
  • Develop and implement enhancements to the cash flow forecast model
  • Implement tracking and forecasting of capex spend
  • Handle daily operating issues related to banking and treasury and assist with bank account management
  • Perform bank reconciliations

Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. in Finance or Accounting
  • Four to Six (4-6) years relevant treasury and accounting work experience
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, and accounting
  • Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial ERP systems, Microsoft dynamics (Great Plains) is a plus

  • Must be self-motivated, team player
  • Ability to meet deadlines
