Sage Dental is looking for an Insurance Verification Coordinator to provide support in the verification, plan build, and proper linking of insurances for all appointments scheduled in a specified market. This is not a remote position - it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.

• High volume new patient insurance verifications for PPO.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to retain specific avenues and verification methods.
• Maintain a well-organized system of operation with appropriate team members.
• Ability to communicate and document all issues and resolutions effectively.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision/direction and ability to multitask.
• Strong team player willing to take direction in a team environment.
• Takes part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
• Meet goals set forth by management.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures, and abides by HIPAA regulations.

• Experience with medical and/or dental insurance verification, preferred.
• Our ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a dental or medical office.
• Experience with dental or medical software, a plus!
