The Director of Business Development - Acquisitions will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing single-practice and small group acquisitions to meet or exceed annual growth targets. This individual will manage the full acquisition lifecycle, from pipeline development and relationship management through diligence and closing, ensuring a seamless handoff to the integrations team. The Patient Service Team (PST) Coordinator is responsible for assisting new and existing patients via the phone, webchat, and other online platforms. Duties include answering patient questions, scheduling appointments, and resolving complaints by following established protocols.
